The Digital Transformation & Project Management Centre at the Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance is seeking a Full-Time Lecturer for/in the field of IT: The candidate must meet the following requirements: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in IT or equivalent is required Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant subject or equivalent professional qualification is preferred Membership of an IT related professional body is desirable Minimum 5 years industry experience specifically in IT/ or Cyber Security/ or Digital Transformation Minimum 5 years knowledge of the subject area combined with a broad subject background enabling contributions to teaching programs Core Job Responsibilities: Teach and manage learning activities on a range of courses provided by BIBF and associated subjects (standard, professional, customized and/or academic) courses Provide support and recommendations on innovative teaching/training techniques that create interest, understanding and enthusiasm amongst participants Assist the planning and implementation of a high quality curriculum; manage and monitor the quality and relevance of course content and methods of delivery Review syllabus, textbooks, course materials, manuals, lecture notes, handouts, visual and other aids; document and record the course contents in alignment with BIBF\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures Follow up with students for any course submissions, case study analysis, assessment reports, etc. assigned to them as a part of the course/program requirement; verify and assess/grade all submissions (as required) Act as an Assessor or internal verifier, if and when required Interested candidates should send a cover letter, a detailed C.V. with three reference names to email: careers@bibf.com and mention the Application Reference No. DT2023 in the subject of the email.
