VAM Systems is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company. VAM Systems is currently looking for Oracle ERP Finance and Supply Chain Support for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets and terms & conditions: Qualifications and Experience Essential (Minimum) . University Degree in IT from a recognized university or institution or Oracle certification in PL/SQL . 3+ year techno functional experience in E-Business Suite (Finance/Supply Chain) . Desirable (Optional) . Oracle certification (OCP) in E-Business Suite applications Skills: Essential (Minimum) . Fluent in English (Both writing & speaking). . Analytical and technical troubleshooting skills . Technical skills: The ability to navigate and use Oracle R12 Finance/Supply Chain, including SQL and PL/SQL programming skills to write queries and create reports. . Analytical skills: The ability to analyze data and make decisions based on the information provided by Oracle Finance/Supply Chain. . Strong communication skills: The ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and management, . particularly when it comes to explaining complex technical issues or providing training. Desirable (Optional) . Customer service awareness and skills . Business Professional Language . Project management skills: The ability to plan, implement and manage projects related to Oracle R12 Finance/Supply Chain. . Fluent in Arabic (Both writing & speaking). Knowledge Essential (Minimum) . Have expert technical knowledge of Finance/ Supply Chain EBusiness Suite modules (EBS), PL/SQL Programming, XML Publisher, oracle Workflow, OA framework. . Must have good understanding of EBS custom extensions and APIs. . Strong Financials, Supply Chain business processes knowledge and concepts. Desirable . Have experience in E-Biz modules implementation and upgrade . Understanding of Oracle eBiz 12.2.X functionalities/capabilities in Financials, Supply Chain Modules . Familiarity with the Apex development environment: Knowledge of the Apex development environment, including the Application Builder, SQL Workshop, and the Object Browser, is crucial for creating and maintaining Apex applications. . Knowledge of web development technologies: Good understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is important for customizing the look and feel of applications and for integrating them with other systems. Main Duties: . Provides daily production support including monitoring and issue resolution, incident management, problem management, service request management. . Work closely with Business Users to scope and draft requirements. Understand the Business requirements and convert them into technical requirements. . Develop/maintain customizations and standard applications . Develop/maintain standard/custom reports, Create adhoc reports as per the requirements . Develop XML reports . Develop new interfaces from/to EBS modules . Provide requirements to third party applications that interface with EBS modules.
