Corporate Finance Associate Director Bahrain

Responsibilities: As an Associate Director in Corporate Finance, you will play a pivotal role in driving our firm's growth and delivering exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Leading and managing complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic investments. Conducting comprehensive financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation assessments. Developing financial models and forecasts to support investment decisions and strategic planning. Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on corporate finance strategies and opportunities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals. Leading and mentoring a team of up to 10 talented finance professionals to achieve outstanding results. Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking, preferably within a professional services firm. Strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of corporate finance principles and methodologies. Proven experience in managing complex financial transactions and delivering exceptional results. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth financial analysis and present findings effectively. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. A strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions to complex financial challenges. Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and mentoring a team. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
