Overview

Amana Healthcare, brought to you by M42 and Mumtalakat, is pleased to announce the first Amana Healthcare facility in Bahrain, located in Al Jasra will open in late 2025. This world-class hospital will provide long-term care and post-acute rehabilitation services.

Amana Healthcare provides long-term care for adult patients with complex medical needs in an inpatient setting. Multidisciplinary care will be provided though intensive care unit (ICU) physicians, geriatricians, nurses, therapists, and a patient & family experience team who work collaboratively to enhance the quality of life for those patients. It also offers specialized rehabilitation for individuals who require inpatient rehabilitation following a life-altering event, such as stroke, brain injury, spine injury, joint replacement, or amputation.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Education Manager to lead and coordinate clinical training and education initiatives within our healthcare organization. The role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating clinical education programs to support the professional development of healthcare staff and ensure high standards of patient care across the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive clinical education and training programs for medical, nursing, and allied health staff.
  • Assess training needs and identify knowledge or skill gaps in collaboration with department heads and clinicians.
  • Ensure all training programs align with NHRA regulations and international best practices.
  • Facilitate in-house workshops, seminars, and continuous medical education (CME) sessions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content as needed to meet clinical outcomes.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new clinical staff.
  • Stay current with advances in clinical practice, technology, and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with universities, accreditation bodies, and external training providers as needed.
  • Manage educational resources, simulation labs, and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Oversee clinical preceptorship, mentorship, and competency assessment programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Medicine, or Allied Health; Master's Degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Current license/registration with NHRA (
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in clinical practice, with at least 3 years in education/training roles.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and clinical competency frameworks.
  • Experience developing and delivering professional healthcare training programs.
