We have our own Sustainability Platform (Web Based Tool) and several large clients across varios industry sectors who are being supported on ESG Frameworks and Reporting.
We are looking for an Experienced Sustainability Consultant in Bahrain to join our team.
The Consultant will Support the ESG / Sustainability Projects of our company in the Middle East, Europe and Africa.
Responsibilities
- The consultant will need to coordinate with our team to ensure correct deliverables for our ESG projects.
- There will be regular meetings to discuss the requirements, deliverables with sufficient training provided to complete the same.
- The consultant will be required to support the ESG team one deliverables such as Carbon Footprint Assessments, ESG Benchmarking, Gap Analysis, Report Drafting, ESG Policies, Action Plans, KPIs etc.
- The work will involve liaising with Clients Personnel, service providers and government bodies to ensure completion of the projects in a timely manner.
- The work will require daily, weekly, monthly reporting to the project team and coordination of works as established by the company.
- The consultant should be able to translate the clients and projects requirements into clear deliverables and plan the project schedule and resource requirement.
- The consultant will be required to visit the clients sites for Solar Energy projects as well.
- An advanced level of understanding of global sustainability trends, protocols, policies and regulations is required.
Qualifications
- The most important aspect is exceptional writen and spoken English - as you will be preparing Sustainability reports for top clients across the world.
- Full working knowledge of MS Excel (Macros, Forumlas)
- Engineering or Sustainability background
- Prior Experience of working on Sustainability Projects
- GRI Certified
- Sustainability Reporting
- Knowledge of the CBB and Bourse Guidelines for Sustainability
