We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage our social media platforms, create compelling content, and analyze performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.

- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including text, images, videos, and graphics. Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using Canva and other graphic design tools.

- Edit and enhance multimedia content for social media platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with brand guidelines.

- Monitor, respond to, and engage with users across social media channels in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.

- Conduct social media audits and competitor analysis to identify trends and best practices.

- Use social media management tools to schedule posts, track engagement, and monitor performance metrics.

- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns using analytics tools to measure engagement, reach, and conversions.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing and the digital landscape.

- Develop a content calendar to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand voice across channels.
