As a Thai Massage Therapist, your role is to provide relaxation and indulgence to our guests. Your responsibilities include delivering quality massage therapies and body treatments, monitoring stock levels, promoting products to clients, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas. You will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet guests warmly and by name to create a positive first impression.
  2. Deliver high-quality services in accordance with the company's standards as outlined in the Standard Operations Manual.
  3. Perform massage therapies and body treatments as prescribed in the Standard Training Manual.
  4. Ensure all related equipment functions properly at all times.
  5. Answer guest questions regarding services and explain the benefits or advantages of treatments.
  6. Assist with product demonstrations and participate in events as required.
  7. Engage in ongoing training and refresher programs.
  8. Update the Log Book and complete assignments by deadlines, following the guidance of the spa manager or supervisor.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to fire safety, hygiene, and environmental health and safety.
  10. Report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.
  11. Perform additional duties as assigned by management and foster good relationships with guests and colleagues.
  12. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
  2. Certification in massage therapy is preferred.
  3. Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  4. Ability to promote positive relations with guests and colleagues.
  5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
