Wine Director

We are seeking an accomplished Wine Director to lead our wine program, overseeing every aspect from curation and inventory management to staff education and guest engagement. This senior role requires a deep understanding of global wine regions, producers, and vintages, as well as exceptional communication skills and table-side presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate and maintain a dynamic, diverse, and balanced wine list that complements our culinary offerings.
• Manage wine inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead wine service during service hours, providing expert guidance to guests and training FOH staff in wine knowledge and service.
• Plan and host tastings, pairing dinners, and wine-focused events that showcase our wine expertise.
• Monitor and maintain cellar organization and stock control, ensuring compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of sommelier experience in a fine-dining or high-end hospitality environment.
• Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers (or equivalent) preferred.
• Deep knowledge of global wine regions, producers, and vintages.
• Exceptional palate, communication skills, and table-side presence.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and educate a team.
• Passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset.
