Core Responsibilities:- Performs general clerical duties including typing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Assists in responding, sorting, and distributing incoming correspondence, including invoices to be paid.
- Assists in the collection, distribution, and dispatch of all payment vouchers (couriers, letters, bills) related to the Division/Business Unit/Department.
- Supports the supply and maintenance of office equipment as required.
- Facilitates filing and document control activities to ensure all documents are stored and accessible.
- Assists in developing and updating spreadsheets, documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Gathers, enters, and updates data to maintain internal files, records, and databases.
- Maintains confidentiality of documents and information received.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Word processing and data entry skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
