Core Responsibilities:
  1. Performs general clerical duties including typing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  2. Assists in responding, sorting, and distributing incoming correspondence, including invoices to be paid.
  3. Assists in the collection, distribution, and dispatch of all payment vouchers (couriers, letters, bills) related to the Division/Business Unit/Department.
  4. Supports the supply and maintenance of office equipment as required.
  5. Facilitates filing and document control activities to ensure all documents are stored and accessible.
  6. Assists in developing and updating spreadsheets, documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  7. Gathers, enters, and updates data to maintain internal files, records, and databases.
  8. Maintains confidentiality of documents and information received.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Word processing and data entry skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
