KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. ML Engineering: Full Machine Learning life cycle from data exploration and pre-processing to selecting and training models.
  2. Engineering AI Solutions: Design, code, deploy, monitor and optimize AI-driven solutions.
  3. Analytics Design: Propose and build data analytics for decision-making.
  4. Product Ideation: Contribute to the ideation of AI-powered products.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
  1. Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models.
  3. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
  4. Proficient in AI and machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  5. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI and machine learning applications.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
  1. Cloud certifications demonstrating expertise in cloud-based AI and ML.
  2. Experience with startup culture – adaptability to the fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  3. Exposure to client-facing roles and understanding client needs in the context of AI and ML solutions.
