Senior Bartender

Our bartenders have the basics down, but are constantly on the look-out for new trends, micro-local offerings, and guests' evolving needs. They are not just beverage enthusiasts, but also hosts of the space. Their role extends beyond the bar to take ownership of guest service broadly and do what needs to be done. Bartenders will use their knowledge and expertise to ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly. They will build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and fulfill guests' needs. They should be passionate about guest service and attentive to detail—from handling money accurately, to providing information, to maintaining drink quality.

No matter the position, success depends on creating a safe workplace, following policies, protecting assets, maintaining confidentiality, and presenting a professional appearance. Bartenders will be on their feet, moving around, and performing physical tasks such as lifting and carrying objects up to 25 pounds, reaching overhead and below the knees, and bending or twisting as needed. Performing these duties well is critical to delivering excellent guest experiences and supporting our business.

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Supervisory Experience: None required.
• License or Certification: None required.
