Role Description
Rethish P Associates, a reputed auditing firm in Bahrain, is seeking a qualified AML Officer / Compliance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

  1. Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex data
  2. Experience with Due Diligence and Sanctions screening
  3. Background in Finance and understanding of financial compliance regulations
  4. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  5. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  6. Relevant certifications in compliance or finance preferred
  7. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  8. Experience in the management consultancy industry is a plus
