Food Technologist

Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in food science or a related academic discipline.

Skills: Providing technical expertise and support in long-life shelf products.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the food safety program within the pilot plant, ensuring compliance with external standards.
• Maintain good communication standards across the business environment.
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers for a broad range of food & beverage applications.
• Utilize project management skills and knowledge management tools to deliver optimal solutions to customers and manage priorities.
• Promote ingredients and capabilities through articles, speaking engagements, and external presentations at events and trade organization educational sessions.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks with changing priorities, communicating effectively with account managers, customers, and the Technical Services Manager about project statuses.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and professional environment.
• Improve the formulation and stability of natural colors, focusing on light and thermal stability through physical modification of colorants.
