Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Quality-Related Activities: Ensure that all quality-related activities are carried out in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
  2. Lead Quality Assurance Team: Manage and monitor QA/QC activities, generate quality manuals, standards, and procedures, and ensure compliance with codes, standards, regulations, and QMS requirements.
  3. Implement Process Improvements: Establish new welding processes and procedures, study metallurgical behavior of weld consumables, and implement new processes for product diversification.
Requirements:
  1. Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing of Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Piping, Structures, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas projects, Power Plants, and Mechanical Construction.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
