Draughtsman Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Draughtsman to join our team. As a Draughtsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and designs using CAD software.

• Create precise and accurate drawings and designs for various projects
• Promote Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) awareness throughout the organization
• Prepare detailed Firefighting and ELV drawings using CAD software, ensuring compliance with NFPA standards and AHJ standards
• Develop hydraulic calculations and flow diagrams as required
• Support the pre-sales and design teams in developing Bills of Quantity during tender and execution stages
• Conduct site surveys as necessary
• Assist in designing new projects and coordinate efforts with estimation engineers and design engineers
• Collaborate with the pre-sales and operations teams to develop and optimize designs
• Maintain and update drawings, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
• Provide regular progress reports to supervisors and line managers
• Work with project managers, operations teams, and pre-sales teams to finalize As-Built drawings
• Verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards
• Document drawings, specifications, and revisions

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics from a recognized institution
• Minimum 3-4 years of technical experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Ability to communicate effectively with others
• Proficiency in computer skills, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Visio
