Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment. Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant, monitor and control property temperature, analyze energy and utilities usage, calibrate all controls and gauges, assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems and piping, and perform routine pool and spa maintenance.

Follow all safety, security, and company policies; report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge guests, respond to their needs, communicate professionally, and develop positive relationships with colleagues.

Ensure quality standards are met, and seek ways to improve organizational efficiency, safety, and cost savings. Physical requirements include reaching overhead, moving in confined or elevated spaces, lifting objects up to 100 pounds, and performing other job duties as assigned.

• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
• At least 3 years of related work experience
• No supervisory experience required

• EPA Universal Certification
• Driver's License
• HVAC Certification
