Job Description

Wealth and Retail Banking

Our team consists of 25,000 colleagues, spread across 35 countries. Our clients include individuals and small businesses, and we support them with a range of traditional banking services, including investment, credit, and wealth planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Primarily responsible for meeting revenue goals by consistently delivering exceptional customer experience, maximizing new business opportunities in the catchment, and deepening existing relationships within the chosen customer segments.
  2. Servicing and managing customer relationships under the retail client segment.
  3. Driving profitable revenue and volume growth through new business acquisition and maximizing every customer engagement (both new and existing).
  4. Attending to and assisting customers on their service requests.
  5. Supporting universal banking staff.
  6. Assisting in handling customer queries and managing customer complaints.

Skills and Experience

Strategy

  • Driving the branch strategy by achieving the overall NSR, through productivity, driving efficiencies, and ensuring risk requirements are met.
  • Driving new sales revenue and total revenue through acquisition, deepening, and retention of customers across all segments.

Digital

  • Driving the digital agenda by encouraging clients to use self-services and automated banking channels, especially for customers queuing at branches.

Customer Experience

  • Delivering the Bank's brand promise to customers, tailored across segments, including maintaining branch presentation and ambiance as per brand standards.
  • Acting as a customer-centric ambassador and engaging key customers of the branch.
  • Coordinating across key roles within the branch to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Collaborating with segments to facilitate customer up-streaming.
  • Coordinating the delivery of Segment Customer Value Proposition based on holistic customer experience.
  • Understanding customer needs and tailoring strategies and solutions accordingly.
  • Resolving service issues and handling complaints effectively.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Exemplifying conduct aligned with the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Taking responsibility for embedding high standards of ethics, regulatory compliance, and business conduct across branches.

Code of Conduct

  • Identifying, escalating, mitigating, and resolving risk, conduct, and compliance matters collaboratively.
  • Ensuring client requirements are met while maintaining compliance with all regulations and controls.

People and Talent

  • Acting as a role model of the Group's values and culture.
  • Leading by example and setting the right tone and expectations for teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with all e-learnings for self and team.
