A leading financial institution in Bahrain is looking to hire an experienced IT Project Manager to join its growing digital and business project management team.

Location: Manama, Bahrain (onsite)

Contract Duration: 1-year (default term, with high likelihood of extension)

Language: English

Work Type: Contract

This role is focused on driving delivery across digital initiatives within the cards, payments, and financial products space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of projects across cards, payments, and banking products
  • Collaborate with both business and digital/IT teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Manage projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
  • Lead stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and project governance
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors
  • Support the strategic growth of the PMO function

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience managing cards, payments, or banking product projects
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives in financial services
  • Confident managing hybrid delivery models (Agile & Waterfall)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Available to work onsite in Bahrain (Manama)
