Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in executing technology projects, particularly in software, IoT, and robotics. The ideal candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle — from planning and development to deployment and client delivery — ensuring that all aspects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of projects in software, IoT, and robotics domains.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Coordinate internal teams, including developers, engineers, and designer,s to ensure project alignment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and clients for requirement gathering, expectation setting, and status updates.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource allocation, risk assessments, and budgets.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across hardware and software teams.
  • Monitor progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or equivalent.
  • Oversee quality assurance, testing cycles, and ensure timely project sign-offs.
  • Manage external vendors and third-party contributors when applicable.
  • Ensure adherence to project methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management (software or product development).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, embedded systems, and hardware-software integration.
  • Prior experience managing projects in IoT, robotics, or automation domains.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in using PM tools (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, etc.)
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with prototyping and product lifecycle management in hardware-integrated projects.
  • Familiarity with industrial or educational robotics systems.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in IoT applications.
  • Background in startup or fast-paced R&D environments.
