Job Title: Marketing and Communications Strategist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's marketing and communications strategies, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives. This role encompasses overseeing external communications, collaborating with internal teams to maximize opportunities, and leveraging a diverse mix of traditional and digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies
  • Oversight of external communications, including media relations and crisis management
  • Collaboration with business and operational teams to identify opportunities and bring the company's mission to life
  • Leadership and management of marketing and communications team members
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Master's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus
  • 10+ years' experience in marketing and communications
Desirable Attributes:
  • Knowledge of the payments sector and Bahrain/ regional market
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current and online marketing techniques and best practices
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
