Key Role:

The Asset Management Head spearheads the department's activities, overseeing the management of airport assets. Ensuring accurate updates to asset data based on new acquisitions or projects is a key responsibility.

This role plays a pivotal part in integrating existing and new company assets delivered through in-house projects and the Airport Modernization Programme (AMP).

  • Elevate asset management standards by employing best practices and implementing efficient procedures.
  • Supervise asset management systems ensuring seamless operation.
  • Lead a skilled team that ensures proper record-keeping and cost-effective maintenance for all assets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for asset utilization.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to optimize overall infrastructure efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Hold an Engineering degree (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • Have training in asset management practices e.g., PAS 55 or similar.
  • Be familiar with asset management systems e.g., Maximo or similar.
  • Have at least 10 years experience in FM/asset management in a live operational environment.
  • Previous experience in managing airport assets or complex industry assets is beneficial.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Able to plan, organize, and integrate resources and functions effectively.
  • Results-driven with a profound grasp of KPI management.
  • Practical knowledge of power plant operations, mechanical, and electrical systems.
