Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Science team at reso. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our hiring process and contribute to the success of our organization.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with our senior leadership teams to develop and implement effective search strategies, coach them on best practices in headhunting, and drive talent analytics to inform hiring decisions. They will also be responsible for conducting behavioral interviews, building key relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring that our employer brand is showcased positively to attract top talent.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology or a related field, with experience in headhunting and training senior stakeholders. They will possess excellent analytical skills, proficiency in LinkedIn talent modules, and a high level of personal organization. We are looking for someone who is passionate about diversity and inclusion and can help us remove unconscious bias from our hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop search strategies for senior leadership positions and ensure efficient pipeline movement
• Coach senior leadership teams on headhunting best practices and enable them to become expert talent approvers
• Drive talent analytics to provide real-time insights and partner with business stakeholders to optimize hiring processes
• Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews to gain insight into candidate motivations and behaviors
• Build key relationships with global stakeholders to ensure delivery against hiring agenda and monitor hiring activities for results and consistency
• Cultivate employer brand awareness and assess candidate experience
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in hiring processes and outcomes
• Promote diversity and inclusion, eliminating unconscious bias from our hiring process and aligning sourcing strategy with this goal

Requirements:

• Proven experience in headhunting from reputable search firms or in-house search functions, with expertise in successfully sourcing senior talent in the Technology industry
• Experience working with senior stakeholders to create learning programs and develop their ability to identify and engage passive talent
• Familiarity with psychometric assessments and behavioral interviewing techniques
• An academic background in psychology or a related field, with a good level of maths from High School
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and proficiency in LinkedIn talent modules
• A high level of personal organization and willingness to travel 2-4 times a year for up to two weeks each

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced analytical and statistical analysis to interrogate data
• Experience with tools like Greenhouse ATS, Thomas International, and DISC profiling
• Possession of psychometric validity and reliability metrics
