Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Plan and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms to drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform.
  • Collaborate with designers and photographers to produce multimedia content with a strong visual identity.
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a vibrant online community.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics; adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Manage paid social advertising campaigns to boost reach and conversions.
  • Stay current on best practices and emerging trends in social media and content marketing.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Automotive industry experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing content for social media.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Preferably multilingual – English & Arabic.
  • Agile, proactive, and a strong team collaborator.
