Junior tax profile with M&A experience - Kempen or Zaventem office

Our client, LDS Tax Advisors, is looking for a junior tax professional with a keen interest in M&A and real estate related transactions and c. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. You will work on a wide variety of tax assignments, in particular being involved in tax due diligence, acquisition and financing structures and corporate / real estate (re)structuring.

Profiel:

  • University degree in Law, Business Economics or Commercial Engineer – an advanced master degree in taxation (Manama, post graduate degree) is a strong plus
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience (e.g. Big4, tax department of law firm…)
  • A sense of humour
  • Open to change
  • Dynamic
  • Strong interest in working with people and solid communication skills
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
