Job Title: Accounting Director

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to join our team as an Accounting Director.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.
  2. Providing leadership and guidance to the Finance Department.
  3. Overseeing the preparation of financial reports and conducting internal controls.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting or related field and at least five years of experience in a similar role. Excellent leadership skills, computer literacy, and experience within a hotel environment are essential.

Leadership Requirements:

You will lead a team of finance professionals and provide guidance on financial matters.

To assist the Director of Finance in the administration of all financial aspects of the hotel's operations, ensuring that all local and corporate policies & procedures are observed and to supervise the day-to-day operations of the accounting office.
