Cooler Technician

- Joining ticket will be provided by the company

- Starting basic salary: BD180 + Accommodation allowance: BD40 + Food (Not Included)

- Commission (Available)

- Working Hrs: 48 working hours per week + OT (when required)

- Basic salary to be increased to BD20 upon obtaining Bahraini or GCC Driving license (after completion of probation)

- 30 days annual leave per year + ticket every 2 years

- Employment visa provided by the company + Medical insurance + transportation provided for the close areas

Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Cooler Technician to install, maintain, and repair coolers and other cooling equipment in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair coolers and other cooling equipment
2. Conduct routine maintenance checks on coolers to ensure optimal performance
3. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with coolers and other cooling equipment
4. Repair or replace defective parts to ensure optimal performance
5. Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for new installations and upgrades
7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in refrigerators/coolers/chillers fixing & repairing
2. Technical certification or diploma in HVAC or a related field
3. Valid Bahraini driving license or (GCC Valid light Driving license)
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
