Job Summary

The Technical Lead - Software Engineering will oversee the design, development, testing, delivery, and maintenance of IT developments in line with business needs. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

• Oversee IT developments of all modules within the platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT development issues.
• Plan, develop, and implement technology strategies.
• Supervise the system development life cycle and ensure quality platforms/products/services.
• Develop and optimize software solutions to support project implementation and deployments.
• Collaborate with departments to define project specifications and release documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant vendor-provided software updates and upgrades.
• Achieve engineering best practices to deliver higher quality and scalable solutions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with various programming languages and frameworks.
• +5 years' experience in implementing large digital transformation projects.
• Experience supervising all stages of the system development life cycle.
• Cloud deployment experience, preferably AWS cloud.
• Working knowledge of Web Services /APIs, SOAP, and XML technologies.
• Experience programming in major databases such as Microsoft SQL and MongoDB.
• Middleware technologies experience.
• Proficient working knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Strong ability to collaborate with other technical experts and lead technical teams.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of emerging technologies.
• Object-oriented concepts knowledge.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
