Job Title: Help Desk Technical Tier III Support
Location: NSA, Bahrain
Job ResponsibilitiesThe Help Desk Technical Tier III Support position will be responsible for maintaining computer hardware and software within a network.
- Review action plans for network changes.
- Design and deploy multicast solutions.
- Configure GRE and IPSEC protocols.
- Manage Cisco IOS routers (3900, 3800, 2800) and switches (6500, 4500, 3750).
- Perform IP packet analysis and troubleshoot network issues.
- Implement layer 3 (EIGRP, HSRP) and layer 2 (Rapid Spanning-Tree) technologies.
- Manage Central Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting via TACACS+.
- Create technical documentation.
- Understand IP networking, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, cross domain solutions, security systems like HBSS, and virtualization technologies.
- Active US Government Secret clearance (Interim acceptable).
- US Citizenship required.
- At least 3 years of experience with Cisco Routers and Switches.
- At least 2 years of experience in a military environment.
- One of the following certifications: CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP.
- Willing to travel up to 10% for mission support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or an associate's degree with 7 years of recent experience, or 11 years of recent specialized experience.
