About the Role:

This position is responsible for the maintenance activities in manufacturing and utility sections to ensure timely correction of abnormalities and execution of the site progressive maintenance program to maintain plant reliability concept with effective implementation of Integrated Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe workplace by the support and strict adherence of LOTO(Lockout/Tagout), GMP and HACCP.
• Install, configure, and maintain automation systems and able to resolve the issues of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, Robots, and industrial networks without the intervention of external technical support.
• Hands-on experience of debugging the faults in PLC, Communication network, SCADA & process instruments.
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical drives (Sinamics, Danfoss, SEW, Power Flex,) and industrial equipment.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve system reliability.
• Read the single line diagram, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
• Perform effective Preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using SAP.
• Support automation projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Hands on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of Domino industrial printers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation or maintenance.
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry is highly desirable.

Required Skills:

• PLC/SCADA Systems
• Siemens S7 (TIA Portal, Simatic Manager, WinCC)
• Wonderware InTouch SCADA

Communication Protocols:

• Profinet, Profibus, Modbus RS485, AS-Interface (ASI), IO-Link

Drives & Motors:

• AC/DC motors and servo motor systems

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, dynamic industrial environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the dairy industry is highly desirable.
