Job Description
  1. Champions arrival and departure experience of guests
  2. Ensure adherence of arrival/departure service sequence
  3. Assist in directing and walking guests to their destination in the hotel
  4. Be prepared to undertake all roles including night shifts of the Front Office Team
  5. Create personal connections through emotional luxury between Raffles Ambassadors and guests
  6. Enforce Property Management System etiquette and ensure accuracy of administrative duties
  7. Perform check-in, check-out, and room change procedures; ensure data is entered correctly into hotel systems
  8. Assist with daily shift bookkeeping of the Front Office Team
  9. Collaborate with Housekeeping on maintaining cleanliness in Front of House areas
  10. Maintain cashier float and ensure accurate daily reporting of all money received
  11. Assist other hotel departments as needed
  12. Uphold personal grooming standards, discipline, and efficiency
  13. Coordinate and train supporting departments
  14. Respond promptly to guest calls, messages, and emails; communicate requests to relevant departments
  15. Align service standards with Accor Values: Guest Passion, Trust, Sustainable Performance, Spirit of Conquest, Innovation, Respect
  16. Implement upsell strategies and strive to meet targets
  17. Ensure guest experiences comply with brand SOPs, Forbes 5-star, and LQA standards
  18. Participate in special projects and duties as assigned by management
  19. Report suspicious behavior to management and security
  20. Report hazards immediately
  21. Understand hotel fire, emergency, and evacuation procedures
Qualifications
  1. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a second language
  2. Ability to manage guest and team member needs effectively
  3. Attention to detail and approachable demeanor
  4. Maintain security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information
  5. Good computer and property management system skills
  6. High integrity, enthusiasm, and dedication to improvement
  7. Adaptability and open-mindedness in a dynamic environment
  8. Understanding of Middle Eastern clientele and culture
  9. Knowledge of key stakeholders in luxury travel
