Job Overview

Job Title: Network Voice Engineer

Location: NSA, Bahrain

Job Responsibilities

The Network Voice Engineer shall be responsible for providing engineering and technical expertise to manage network voice devices, Operating Systems, Windows Phone devices using Enterprise Services and provide technical support on how to activate and deactivate an Operating System devices and on evaluating, designing, implementing, and supporting a network voice environment.
  • Possess detailed knowledge of network voice devices.
  • Have in-depth understanding of network voice operating systems.
  • Be well-versed in network voice enterprise services.
  • Be knowledgeable and experienced in activating and deactivating operating system devices, as well as evaluating, designing, implementing, and supporting network voice environments.

Minimum Qualifications
  • An Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable).
  • Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
  • Have six (6) years related work experience.
  • Have two (2) years of experience in a military environment.
  • Experience with current best practices in IT standards, principles (ITIL), and security practices.
  • Have the following required certifications: Network+, Security+.
  • Able to travel to support mission up to 10%.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, OR an Associates degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR eleven (11) total years of recent specialized experience.
