Head Baker

We are in search of an experienced and talented Head Baker to join our team in Isa Town. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production in our bakery, from creating new recipes to managing inventory and ensuring quality control.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and create new recipes for baked goods
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Train and supervise bakery staff
- Ensure quality control and consistency in all products
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with management to develop menus and specials
- Monitor baking processes to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times
- Keep updated with industry trends and techniques

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Baker or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and safety procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Creativity and passion for creating delicious baked goods
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship available
