We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Café Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of a café located in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will bring high energy, leadership, and a passion for customer service, ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.

You'll be supporting and motivating your team, maintaining high standards in food quality and hygiene, and helping create a welcoming environment for both staff and customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  2. Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  3. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
  4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishments
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
  6. Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
  7. Support marketing and promotional initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales, cash handling, and daily reports
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in a café or hospitality setting
  2. Strong leadership and people-management skills
  3. Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
  5. Basic understanding of financials, stock management, and POS systems
  6. A genuine love for food, coffee, and creating a memorable customer experience
