Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist located in Northern Governorate, Bahrain. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining network security, and providing exceptional customer service. Specific tasks will include managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, monitoring network performance, implementing security measures, and assisting staff with IT-related problems.

Qualifications
  • Network Administration and Network Security skills
  • Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Certification in relevant IT fields (such as Microsoft) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience with SharePoint, Zoho People, and biometric systems.
