We are seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender for the Non-Alcoholic Section to join our restaurant team. The bartender will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and serving a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, specialty coffees, and teas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques. You will ensure high-quality presentation and maintain a clean, organized bar area, contributing to a welcoming guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and serve non-alcoholic drinks following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
  2. Suggest beverage options to guests and customize drinks based on their preferences.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including equipment and supplies.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team for stock replenishment.
  5. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  6. Support the restaurant team during peak hours by assisting with other service tasks as needed.
  7. Engage with guests to create a friendly and positive atmosphere.
Skills
  • Previous experience as a bartender or beverage server, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or café.
  • Strong knowledge of non-alcoholic beverage recipes and preparation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
