We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team at Skyscape Real Estate. The ideal candidate will be key in offering expert advice to clients looking to buy, sell, or invest in properties. If you have a go-getter attitude, are a positive team player, and are motivated to exceed sales targets, we want to hear from you

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences for rental and sales properties.
  • Organize and conduct property showings for potential buyers and renters.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on current real estate trends, pricing, and competitive properties.
  • Create and manage property listings for rentals and sales.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare and review rental and sales agreements, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and legally compliant. Facilitate the signing of contracts and manage the paperwork required for closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and other real estate professionals.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Experience in real estate or sales is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle.
