Senior Software Engineer (Java + Python) : For Indonesia/ Vietnam candidates RELOCATE TO BAHRAIN

Relocation to Bahrain (accommodation provided)

Up to 4000 USD (negotiable for exceptional candidates)

Working with modern tech company that helps businesses adopt cloud technology, leverage AI, and develop better software to boost efficiency and stay competitive in the digital era (collaborate with top tier Banking projects).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and technical excellence.

2. Technical & Project Strategy: Define technical vision, select tools/frameworks, and manage the full software development lifecycle in alignment with project goals.

3. Software Development & Cloud Integration: Design and develop software using Java (70%) and Python (30%), integrating scalable cloud-based solutions for optimal performance.

4. Code Quality & CI/CD Implementation: Uphold coding standards, conduct code reviews, and implement efficient CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.

5. Problem Solving, Communication & Documentation: Tackle technical challenges, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and maintain clear documentation throughout development.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the School of Epic (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field).


• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the realms of Java and Python.


• Fluent in and proven experience in Java and Python


• Master of the tech arts: software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.


• Cloud commander: experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud realms.


• CI/CD sorcerer: proficiency with CI/CD tools for a seamless development journey.


• Problem-solving hero with analytical superpowers.


• Communication and collaboration skills that resonate with startup energy.
