About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Muharraq, Bahrain. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain a strong understanding of the local market and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
