Our sole proprietorship is dedicated to crafting exceptional baked goods that embody quality and tradition, specializing in a diverse range of products including pastries, cakes, and traditional Bahraini delicacies. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Ensure quality control and presentation of baked items.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area.
- Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients.
- Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations.

Job Specification

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Team player with good communication skills.
