Draughtsman

A well-established switchgear manufacturing company that manufacture Panel, switchboards and DB in Bahrain is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Draughtsman.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Draughtsman located in Sitra. The Draughtsman will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for manufacturing and construction purposes. Day-to-day tasks include preparing detailed drawings and plans, converting sketches and specifications into technical designs, collaborating with engineers and project managers, and revising designs based on feedback and accuracy checks.

• Ensuring Compliance to relevant industry standards, building codes, and regulations:
• A crucial role is to ensure that all designs and drawings adhere to relevant industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Managing Project Documentation:
• Revising and Updating Drawings:
• Calculating Dimensions & Materials:
• Providing Technical Support:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering;.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to build and motivate teams.

Experience:

Minimum 3 – 4 years' experience in Bahrain/GCC
