Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lifeguard at Delta Safety and Security (DSS) located in the Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The Lifeguard will be responsible for monitoring pool activity, maintaining pool safety, enforcing facility rules, and responding to emergencies. The role also includes conducting routine inspections, ensuring cleanliness around the pool area, and providing excellent customer service to pool patrons. Lifeguards will need to participate in regular training sessions and collaborate with other staff members to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Certification in lifeguarding RLSB certification, CPR, First Aid, and AED

• Can join immediately, available in Bahrain
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness
• Strong observational skills and ability to stay alert
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous lifeguard experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
