Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities
  1. Analyze user requirements and provide accurate time estimates for implementation and testing.
  2. Implement changes per company code standards within IBM WebSphere J2EE or other platforms.
  3. Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure defect-free implementations.
  4. Investigate system defects and implement effective solutions.
  5. Adhere to company's SDLC, change management, and deployment policies.
  6. Collaborate with EMS Analysis Team for 3rd level support on reported issues.
  7. Contribute to QA tasks including regression testing, UAT preparation, and code review.
  8. Engage in R&D to learn new technologies and best practices.
  9. Mentor and coach junior developers as needed.
