This role will focus on the relationship between Talabat Bahrain and its 3rd party logistics partners. The key task is to maintain and build strong relationships with all partners across the country, ensuring sufficient supply at all times. You will report to the Director of Logistics and have a team reporting to you.

What's On Your Plate?

  1. Build, maintain, and partly own strong relationships with all 3PL partners across the country.
  2. Create alignment between Talabat priorities and 3PL focus.
  3. Ensure sufficient data sharing to enable informed decisions and performance improvements.
  4. Create appropriate incentives and penalties for 3rd parties to enhance rider performance.
  5. Ensure adequate supply of operators to meet order demand.
  6. Act as the voice of the 3rd party to Talabat: listen to challenges and collaborate on solutions with the internal team.
  7. Ensure 3PL compliance with Talabat rules and requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  1. Successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in logistics.
  2. Gained 5+ years of work experience, with a background in logistics or managing a large workforce.
  3. Strong Excel and data management skills.
  4. Proactive and adaptable, open to change.
  5. Willing to question the status quo when necessary.
  6. Results-oriented with a 'make it happen' attitude, ensuring objectives are achieved despite obstacles.
