Job Purpose

To ensure students' success and help them reach their full potential by implementing the SABIS curriculum, philosophy, and teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Teach classes using provided lesson plans and develop plans based on pacing charts as needed.
  2. Mark exams according to the schedule and materials provided.
  3. Discuss disciplinary and performance issues with the Academic Quality Controller and Head of Department.
  4. Implement the SABIS Point System to foster a conducive learning environment.
  5. Proctor exams and manage testing environments.
  6. Support low-performing students through guidance and motivation.
  7. Assist in external exams preparation and revision schedules.
  8. Perform administrative duties such as testing, substituting, organizing student activities, and managing logistics.
  9. Participate in student life events and activities.
  10. Attend training sessions to enhance understanding of the SABIS system.
  11. Perform other tasks as delegated by school management.
Ideal Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English
  • At least 1 year of teaching experience
  • Professional and ethical conduct
  • Results-oriented, continuous learner, accountable, and communicative
