Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Immigration Consultant to join our on-site team in Manama. You will act as the bridge between client dreams and destination countries — offering consultations, explaining program eligibility, and supporting through the entire visa process.

You'll also be expected to:

  • Follow up on leads from digital and walk-in sources
  • Handle blue-collar and skilled migration queries
  • Use CRM tools for tracking client engagement
  • Coordinate with legal/documentation teams in India/UAE
  • Provide support in Hindi, English (and Malayalam/Arabic is a plus)
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct consultations via in-person, phone, and WhatsApp
  • Identify appropriate visa programs and assess client eligibility
  • Manage client files and documentation preparation
  • Liaise with external lawyers and global partners where needed
  • Provide program updates, manage expectations, and ensure transparency
  • Meet monthly conversion and revenue targets
Who We're Looking For
  • 1+ year experience in immigration, visa consulting, or related customer service role
  • Knowledge of Canada PR, Australia migration, European work permits, etc.
  • Confident communicator with Hindi language fluency (spoken English mandatory)
  • Familiarity with immigration CRMs or lead management tools
  • Positive attitude, result-driven, and team-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Diploma with experience also considered
  • Existing Bahrain visa or dependent visa preferred
