For our partners from Array company in Bahrain, we are seeking a Data Scientist.

The position is ONSITE and requires permanent relocation to Bahrain. The company offers flight tickets for the hired candidate and their family, one month of covered home costs, and assistance with obtaining work permits and all necessary legal documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models.
  • Proficient in AI and machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI and machine learning applications.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R.
  • Proven track record of solving complex problems using AI and machine learning techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering software solutions on time and within budget.
  • Ability to thrive in an Agile development environment.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Curiosity and a proactive attitude towards staying updated with industry trends.

Good to have:

  • Cloud certifications related to AI and ML.
  • Experience in startup environments and adaptability to rapid changes.
  • Exposure to client-facing roles and understanding client needs in AI and ML projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI and machine learning models to solve complex problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
  • Data Exploration and Preparation: explore, clean, and analyze data for model training.
  • Innovate in data collection and source integration for better accuracy.
  • Leverage cloud platforms for scalable deployment of models.
  • Evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize models for performance.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality and conduct code reviews.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively.
  • Document processes, code, and design decisions thoroughly.
