Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate E-commerce coordinator to drive the development and growth of a new E-commerce start-up in the GCC. The ideal candidate will develop and execute cutting-edge E-commerce strategies that meet market needs while aligning with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and own go-to-market strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives
  2. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and seek user feedback to identify opportunities for new products or features
  3. Manage and optimize product listings and content, including descriptions, images, and pricing
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and IT, to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve business goals
  5. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and run campaigns
  6. Analyze and report on key E-commerce metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value, to drive data-driven decision-making
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and optimize performance
  8. Lead and support E-commerce projects, such as website redesigns and platform migrations, from planning to execution to post-launch evaluation
  9. Manage relationships with external partners, such as vendors and agencies, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
  10. Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
