What you'll do

  • Develop and implement a detailed social media strategy along with content calendar.
  • Set clear metrics, KPIs, and performance benchmarks to measure the success of our social media campaigns.
  • Manage and oversee multiple social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and effective engagement.
  • Create innovative content ideas and coordinate execution with agencies, freelancers, and in-house teams.
  • Analyze social media trends and strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Monitor social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our social media presence.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Social Media Strategy and Management.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics, KPIs, and analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple social media accounts effectively.
  • Experience in content creation and execution, with a track record of working with agencies and freelancers.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for sports and technology.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
