Serene Psychiatry Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and Angular to join our growing team in Manama.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a robust, enterprise-grade ERP platform that supports critical functions across finance, HR, supply chain, and operations in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain modern web applications using Node.js and Angular
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with best standards
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues efficiently
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Requirements

  • Solid hands-on experience with Node.js and Angular
  • Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and RESTful API integration
  • Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI design
  • Familiar with Git and version control best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes
  • Prior experience in healthcare-related software development is a strong plus
  • Working knowledge of ERP financial and operational modules, including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Fixed Assets
  • Accounts Payable (AP) & Receivable (AR)
  • Cash Management
  • Inventory & Procurement
  • Costing & Budgeting
  • Financial Reporting & Audit Trails
  • Integration with HR, Supply Chain, Projects, etc.
