Join Our Team
We are currently looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position offers the opportunity to shape employee experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotels.

The Front Desk Receptionist Key Responsibilities Will Be
  • Display a friendly, courteous, and professional manner at all times in dealings with guests, patrons, and staff.
  • Welcome and register hotel guests, fulfilling requests, following special handling instructions, and adhering to credit policies.
  • Handle multiple keys and manage room and rate availability for current and future dates.
  • Accept reservations, changes, and cancellations in the absence of reservations staff.
  • Coordinate room allocations, pre-register guests, and assist VIPs and returning guests.
  • Work closely with the Concierge to handle guest luggage and follow up on requests.
  • Handle guest problems or complaints professionally.
  • Use the computer system for reports and managing requests.
  • Inform support departments of necessary information or requests.
  • Handle safety deposit box requests and related procedures.
  • Complete registration documentation and modify registration cards as needed.
  • Check guests out, handle cash transactions, and post charges to accounts.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile transactions at shift end.
  • Recite hotel hours of operation and service codes.
  • Understand roles of related hotel departments.
  • Manage hotel emergency procedures with maturity and professionalism.
  • Assist as night receptionist and with night audit procedures.
  • Perform delegated tasks from management.
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
  • Previous Front Desk or Front Office experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts based on hotel occupancy.
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability to change.
  • Customer service experience and ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Excel; knowledge of OPERA or similar PMS and cashiering experience preferred.
